The brand is tried and trusted and is just as good as other anabolic whey protein in my opinion. The taste is nice. I recommend taking a double scoop with no more than 200ml of cool water. Any more water than that makes the shake too watery and flavourless. Got some good results already with BlackBull. Get it. LIGHTWEIGHT!!
